Swan Brothers Dairy had its beginning in 1923, by Ruby and Harley Swan, Sr. with one cow. As the years went by the herd size increased. In 1951, Swan Dairy started selling Grade A Raw milk at the farm in gallon bottles, and is still selling Grade A Raw Milk at the farm. In 1962, brothers Harley Jr. and Larry purchased the dariy from their father. In 1972, Harley, Jr. and his family purchased the entire operation and still operate the dairy farm.

Swan's Grade A Raw Milk is produced only on our farm from healthy cows in a clean and natural environment. Our milk is pure, natural and wholesome; it has had nothing added.

Swan's cows are special! We raise our own replacement cows and give special attention and care to all our cows. They are brought in from the pasture twice daily to be milked. Our cows are allowed to exercise and graze pasture every day of the year, which helps maintain their health. Our cows are NOT given hormones to increase milk production. Our cow pastures are not chemically sprayed to control weeds - no herbicides. The OK State Health department routinely tests our milk and inspects our dairy.

The tradition of the Swan's family dairy has been to produce the highest quality milk. In April 1985, we began production of Oklahoma Premium Cheeses. We use only our own best quality Grade A raw milk to produce Oklahoma Premium Cheese.

Our cheese is a natural cheese; no artificial coloring or preservatives are used. Our natural cheese is some of the finest in the nation. Swan's cheeses have taken Blue Ribbons at the Illinois State Fair, for the past several years.

Just like our milk, our cheese is good for you! It tastes good! It is truly Oklahoma Premium Cheese - containing all natural vitamins and minerals.

Types of Swan cheese available...raw Colby, raw mild Cheddar, raw Sharp Cheddar, raw Smoked Cheddar, Pasteurized Colby, Pasteurized Mild Cheddar, Pasteurized Sharp Cheddar, Pasteurized Mild Jalepeno Cheddar, Pasteurized Hot Pepper Cheddar, and Pasteurized Part Skim Milk Mozzarella.

When ordering, we will need the following information; your name, address, and telephone number, along with the recipients name and street address, gift pack number or type of cheeses, and your Visa or Mastercard number with expiration.

Gifts are priced for pick up at our dairy or shipped anywhere in the continental USA. Gift packages and cheeses are available year round, however, we do not ship during July and August due to extreme heat.
